The Mainland Buccaneers basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting Fletcher Senators to 39 in the Buccaneers non-league victory on Monday.

The Buccaneers now sport a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Sandalwood for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Mainland will meet a Saints team coming off a 50-38 non-league win over University Christian (Jacksonville, FL). The Saints record now stands at 9-3.

The Senators (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against University Christian (Jacksonville, FL). The Christians come into the non-league contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, University Christian was nudged by Sandalwood (Jacksonville, FL), 50-38, in a non-league contest.
