The Haverford School Fords (Haverford, PA) basketball nipped the visiting Germantown Friends (Philadelphia, PA), 43-40 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Fords (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Malvern Prep (Malvern, PA). The Friars go into the Inter-Academic test with a 5-2 record.
