North Carolina High School Basketball - Central Davidson ripped by East Rowan
February 5, 2015: Lexington, NC 27292 In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting East Rowan Mustangs basketball team scored a decisive 61-40 triumph over the Central Davidson Spartans.
In their next game, the Mustangs meet the Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) in a 3A South Piedmont match, on Tuesday, February 10. East Rowan will attempt to move on its 9-12 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 5-13 record after their 89-48 league loss to Cox Mill (Concord, NC).
With the defeat, Central Davidson moves to 7-12 on the year. The Spartans host Ledford (Thomasville, NC) to meet the Panthers in a 3A Mid-Piedmont match on Friday, February 6. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 17-4. Ledford won 70-37 in their recent league match against Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC)
