January 18, 2014: DuBois, PA 15801 The DuBois Beavers basketball team (DuBois, PA), was routed 54-10 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Mifflin County Huskies (Lewistown, PA)
The Huskies now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carlisle for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth battle on Tuesday, January 21. Mifflin County will battle a Thundering Herd team coming off a 69-15 league loss to State College (State College, PA). The Thundering Herd record now stands at 0-10.
The Beavers (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA). The Golden Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Hollidaysburg trounced Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA), 65-14, in a non-league battle.
