Although Ponte Vedra’s Beau Beech had 20 points, the normally sharp shooting 6’6 senior was only able to covert on but 7 of his 27 field goal attempts, including a 0-9 night from behind the arc.
An ailing Jackson Johnson, battling a flu bug, was the only other Shark in double figures with 11 points. Although he did not have his typical good shooting night from the field, Beech was a monster on the boards, as he pulled down 16 rebounds in the losing cause.
