In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Charlotte Catholic Cougars basketball team scored a good 56-46 triumph over the Myers Park Mustangs.

In their next game, the Cougars meet the Butler Bulldogs (Matthews, NC) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 6. Charlotte Catholic will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 101-70 non-league loss to West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC).

With the defeat, Myers Park moves to 3-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Robinson (Concord, NC) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Monday, December 8.
