In Friday's league game, the Nature Coast Tech Sharks (Brooksville, FL) football team smashed the host Central Bears (Brooksville, FL), by a final score of 52-0.

The Sharks (2-2) will now prepare for their game against River Ridge (New Port Richey, FL). The Knights /Royal come into the 6A District 6 game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, River Ridge crushed Mitchell (New Port Richey, FL), 20-10, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Bears play the Hernando Leopards (Brooksville, FL) in a 6A District 6 contest, on Friday, September 30. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Leopards go into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 28-7 league win over Land O'Lakes (Land O'Lakes, FL).
