Maryland High School Football - Linganore smashes Frederick
October 15, 2009: Frederick, MD 21754 The Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD) football routed the visiting Frederick Cadets (Frederick, MD), 48-0 in Thursday's league bout.
In their next game, the Lancers face the Tuscarora Titans (Frederick, MD) in a Monocacy Valley - Piedmont Black bout, on Friday, October 23. Linganore will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record. The Titans enter the bout with a 5-2 record after their 41-0 league loss to Johnson (Frederick, MD).
The Cadets (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against Urbana (Ijamsville, MD). The Hawks enter the Monocacy Valley - Piedmont Black bout with a 7-0 record. In their last bout, Urbana walloped Patterson Mill (Bel Air, MD), 16-7, in a non-league bout.
