The Central Comets (Clifton, IL) basketball knocked off the host Tri-Point Chargers (Cullom, IL), 59-47 in Monday's non-league test.

The Comets (8-15) will now prepare for their test against Watseka (Watseka, IL). The Warriors go into the Sangamon Valley test with a 13-7 record. In their last test, Watseka topped Rich South (Richton Park, IL), 51-45, in a non-league test.
