The Grant County Braves basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Ryle Raiders to 45 in the Braves non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Braves now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Male for a non-league contest on Friday, December 5.

The Raiders (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati, OH). The Fighting Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Archbishop Moeller was crushed by Springboro (Springboro, OH), 54-52, in a non-league bout.
