Game Summary
Avery's greatest challenge tonight was playing on a less than ideal field and avoiding injury. The Lady Vikings struggled in the first half getting into the game, getting any kind of rhythm. Second half they made a great effort to pass to the "(wo)men in black" and to keep to the simplest options available. One of Mitchell's key players went out early in the second after a collision with an Avery player and did not return. Avery played all of the dressed out Vikings; one did not dress out as she is nursing an ankle.
