In Friday's league battle, the visiting Guyer Wildcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Northwest Texans.

The Wildcats (14-8) will now prepare for their battle against Keller (Keller, TX). The Indians come into the 5A Region I District 7 battle with a 17-8 record.

Next, the Texans clash with the Coppell Cowboys (Coppell, TX) in a 5A Region I District 7 battle, on Tuesday, September 27. Northwest will attempt to advance on its 18-8 season record. The Cowboys come into the battle with a 26-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Saginaw (Saginaw, TX).
