New Jersey High School Basketball - Wildwood Catholic ripped by Clearview
February 7, 2009: Mullica Hill, NJ 08062 The Clearview Pioneers basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Wildwood Catholic Crusaders to 26 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Pioneers now sport a 18-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Delsea for a Tri-County - Royal contest on Tuesday, February 10. Clearview will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 52-49 non-league loss to Salem (Salem, NJ). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-2.
The Crusaders (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Lower Cape May (Cape May, NJ). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 10-8 record. In their last contest, Lower Cape May trounced Middle Township (Cape May Court House, NJ), 35-33, in a non-league contest.
