Buchanan Bears (Clovis, CA) backers left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Bears battle the Coronado Cougars (Henderson, NV) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, April 15. Buchanan will attempt to better on its 16-4 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 12-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA).

With the loss, Nevada Union drops to 17-6 on the campaign. The Miners host Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA) to battle the Bruins in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 22. The Bruins come into the match with a record of 13-5. Ponderosa won 3-0 in their recent league match against Sheldon (Sacramento, CA)
