The Meade Buffaloes basketball team scored 86 points and restricted the host Ashland Blue Jays to 69 in the Buffaloes league victory on Friday.

The Buffaloes now sport a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Spearville for a Southern Plains-Iroquois contest on Tuesday, February 23. Meade will meet a Lancers team coming off a 78-39 league win over Fowler (Fowler, KS). The Lancers record now stands at 18-1.
