The Litchfield Dragons (Litchfield, MN) baseball nipped the visiting Orono Spartans (Long Lake, MN), 7-6 in Thursday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Dragons play the Waconia Wildcats (Waconia, MN) in a Wright County contest, on Friday, May 4. Litchfield will attempt to better on its 7-8 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 7-4 record after their 7-6 league win over Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN).
