October 10, 2009: Allen, NE 68710 The Allen Eagles topped the visiting Neligh-Oakdale Warriors volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Winside for a non-league test on Thursday, October 15. Allen will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Wynot (Wynot, NE). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-6.
The Warriors (2-16) will now prepare for their test against Newman Grove (Newman Grove, NE). The Bluejays enter the non-league test with a 10-8 record. In their last test, Newman Grove gained a win over St. Edward (St. Edward, NE), 2-1, in a non-league test.
