September 24, 2011: Wichita, KS 67218 Southeast Golden Buffalo (Wichita, KS) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting West Chargers (Topeka, KS), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Golden Buffalo clash with the North Redskins (Wichita, KS) in a Greater Wichita City match, on Tuesday, September 27. Southeast will attempt to advance on its 2-8 season record. The Redskins come into the match with a 5-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Heights (Wichita, KS).
With the loss, West drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Chargers host Shawnee Heights (Tecumseh, KS) to clash with the Thunderbirds in a Centennial match on Tuesday, September 27. The Thunderbirds come into the match with a record of 9-2. Shawnee Heights won 2-0 in their recent league match against Junction City (Junction City, KS)
