With the victory, Whitney Young improves its record to 22-2 on the campaign.
Next up, the Meteors battle the St. Francis de Sales Pioneers (Chicago, IL) in a Girls Catholic challenge, on Saturday, March 5. De La Salle will attempt to improve on its 18-6 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 16-9 record after their 52-35 non-league loss to Seneca (Seneca, IL).
