Cypress Falls Eagles (Houston, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles (Houston, TX), 61-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cypress Falls upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Eagles host Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Fort Bend Elkins won 67-46 in their recent non-league bout against Clear Creek (League City, TX)
