Texas High School Basketball - Everman crushes Cleburne
February 10, 2012: Everman, TX 76140 Everman Bulldogs (Everman, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cleburne Yellowjackets (Cleburne, TX), 57-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Everman upgrades its record to 16-8 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Burleson (Burleson, TX) to encounter the Elks in a 4A Region I District 7 bout on Friday, February 10. The Elks go into the bout with a record of 9-13. Burleson lost 82-54 in their recent league game against Seguin (Arlington, TX)
With the defeat, Cleburne moves to 11-9 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Seguin (Arlington, TX) to face the Cougars in a 4A Region I District 7 game on Tuesday, February 14. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 26-5. Seguin won 63-41 in their recent non-league game against Mansfield Summit (Arlington, TX)
