The Tri-County Mustangs routed the visiting Union Star Trojans basketball team by a final score of 56-23 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Newtown-Harris Tigers (Newtown, MO) in a HDC game, on Thursday, February 23. Tri-County will attempt to move on its 7-17 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 0-14 record after their 46-40 league loss to Ridgeway (Ridgeway, MO).
