The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Pioneer Mustangs (San Jose, CA) and the host Piedmont Hills Pirates (San Jose, CA), observed Pioneer's football squad defeat Piedmont Hills by a count of 55-34.

The Mustangs now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Willow Glen for a Mount Hamilton contest on Friday, November 9. Pioneer will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 24-20 league loss to Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA). The Rams record now stands at 3-6.
