Osceola Kowboys (Kissimmee, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host East Ridge Knight (Clermont, FL), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Kowboys now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Poinciana for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 18.

With the loss, East Ridge falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Knight travel to St. Cloud (St. Cloud, FL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 10. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 1-0. St. Cloud won 12-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Liberty (Kissimmee, FL)
