The Vikings now hold a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Golden Valley for a non-league outing on Friday, April 22. Valencia will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 15-1 league loss to Saugus (Saugus, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 0-6.

Game Summary
The Freshmen Wildcats were shutout by Valencia 4-0. Isaiah Guzman pitched a complete game for the Cats and battled to keep them in the game. Dylan Mysko, Joey Lau, Kyle Cowan and Nick Ruffino each had singles. The Wildcats had runners on 2nd and 3rd with no outs, however were unable to punch them in.
