October 14, 2005: Malakoff, TX 75148 Alto Yellowjackets (Alto, TX) fans were pleased Friday as they witnessed their football team trounce the host Malakoff Tigers (Malakoff, TX), 33-0 in a league game.
The Yellowjackets (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Elkhart (Elkhart, TX). The Elks enter the 2A Region III District 21 game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Elkhart trounced Cross Roads (Elkhart, TX), 26-15, in a league game.
Next up, the Tigers meet the Elkhart Elks (Elkhart, TX) in a 2A Region III District 21 game, on Friday, October 28. Malakoff will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Elks enter the game with a 4-3 record after their 26-15 league win over Cross Roads (Elkhart, TX).
