Washington High School Football - Wenatchee knocks off Davis
October 22, 2010: Wenatchee, WA 98801 The Wenatchee Panthers football squad scored 34 points and limited the visiting Davis Pirates to 17 in the Panthers league win on Friday.
The Panthers now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Chiawana for a 4A Big Nine battle on Friday, October 29. Wenatchee will play a Riverhawks squad coming off a 28-6 league win over Davis (Yakima, WA). The Riverhawks record now stands at 7-0.
Coming up next, the Pirates play the Hermiston Bulldogs (Hermiston, OR) in a non-league battle, on Friday, October 29. Davis will attempt to advance on its 5-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 2-6 record after their 40-34 league loss to Pendleton/Nixyaawii Community (Pendleton, OR).
