The Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) basketball felled the host Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL), 71-63 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Knights (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Fremd (Palatine, IL). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Fremd defeated Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL), 59-51, in a league test.

The Lions now own a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host Downers Grove North for a West Suburban - Silver test on Friday, January 6. Lyons will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 61-49 league loss to Proviso West (Hillside, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 1-5.
