The St. Joseph Falcons (Metuchen, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Penn Wood Patriots (Lansdowne, PA), 58-57 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Falcons (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Academy of the New Church (Bryn Athyn, PA). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Academy of the New Church got by Newark (Newark, DE), 55-45, in a non-league test.

The Patriots now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Phoenixville for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 4.
