September 23, 2011: Yukon, OK 73099 In Friday's league match, the visiting Midwest City Bombers football squad scored a good 42-14 victory over the Yukon Millers.
In their next game, the Bombers clash with the Putnam City North Panthers (Oklahoma City, OK) in a 6A District 1 match, on Friday, September 30. Midwest City will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 31-24 league loss to Edmond Memorial (Edmond, OK).
The Millers (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Norman North (Norman, OK). The Timberwolves enter the 6A District 1 match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Norman North ran past Eisenhower (Lawton, OK), 31-24, in a league match.
