In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Cambria Heights Highlanders basketball team scored a tight 56-53 triumph over the Bedford Bison.

In their next game, the Highlanders confront the Forest Hills Rangers (Sidman, PA) in a Laurel Highlands 1 match, on Friday, January 21. Cambria Heights will attempt to better on its 6-8 season record. The Rangers enter the match with a 10-3 record after their 67-62 non-league win over Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA).
