Holly Pond Broncos (Holly Pond, AL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad crush the host Hanceville Bulldogs (Hanceville, AL), 58-36 in a league test.

The Broncos (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Madison Academy (Madison, AL). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 17-14 record. In their last test, Madison Academy was trounced by Lauderdale County (Rogersville, AL), 60-52, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lauderdale County for a non-league test on Monday, February 9. Hanceville will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 60-52 non-league win over Madison Academy (Madison, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 34-0.
