The DeSoto Eagles basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Mansfield Summit Jaguars to 51 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westlake for a non-league contest on Friday, November 22. DeSoto will battle a Chaparrals team coming off a 61-47 non-league win over Judson (Converse, TX). The Chaparrals record now stands at 2-2.

The Jaguars (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bellaire (Bellaire, TX). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Bellaire was defeated by Lancaster (Lancaster, TX), 51-50, in a non-league contest.
