Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the El Toro Chargers (Lake Forest, CA) and the visiting Katella Knights (Anaheim, CA), saw El Toro's basketball squad trounce Katella by a score of 54-29.

With the victory, El Toro improves its record to 8-10 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Laguna Hills (Laguna Hills, CA) to meet the Hawks in a South Coast contest on Thursday, January 10. The Hawks come into the contest with a record of 13-4.

The Knights (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Santa Ana Valley (Santa Ana, CA). The Falcons come into the Orange contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Santa Ana Valley trounced Saddleback (Santa Ana, CA), 46-28, in a non-league contest.
