The Patriots (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Kaplan (Kaplan, LA). The Pirates come into the 3A District 5 game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, Kaplan toppled Rayne (Rayne, LA), 14-7, in a league game.
The Wildcats now hold a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Erath for a 3A District 5 game on Friday, October 15. Abbeville will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 35-7 league loss to Notre Dame (Crowley, LA). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-3.
