In Tuesday's league outing, the Truman Cougars (Taylor, MI) basketball squad edged the visiting Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI), by a margin of 57-53.

The Cougars (8-0) will now prepare for their outing against Kennedy (Taylor, MI). The Eagles go into the Downriver outing with a 3-5 record. In their last outing, Kennedy nipped Allen Park (Allen Park, MI), 60-39, in a league outing.
