Montana High School Basketball - Big Sky overwhelms Glacier

February 14, 2009: Missoula, MT 59804

Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Big Sky Eagles (Missoula, MT) and the visiting Glacier Wolfpack (Kalispell, MT), saw Big Sky's basketball squad trounce Glacier by a score of 75-40.

With the victory, Big Sky improves its record to 16-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Sentinel (Missoula, MT) to battle the Spartans in a AA Western challenge on Tuesday, February 17. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 12-4. Sentinel won 47-41 in their recent league challenge against Flathead (Kalispell, MT)

Next up, the Wolfpack battle the Helena Bengals (Helena, MT) in a AA Western test, on Friday, February 20. Glacier will attempt to advance on its 6-10 season record. The Bengals go into the test with a 8-7 record after their 65-56 non-league win over Great Falls (Great Falls, MT).
