New Jersey High School Basketball - Haddon Township holds off Moorestown Friends
February 3, 2012: Westmont, NJ 08108 Haddon Township Hawks (Westmont, NJ) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Moorestown Friends Foxes (Moorestown, NJ), 47-46 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Haddon Township upgrades its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Audubon (Audubon, NJ) to play the Green Wave in a Colonial - Patriot bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Green Wave come into the bout with a record of 3-18.
Next up, the Foxes play the Wilmington Friends Quakers (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Moorestown Friends will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Quakers come into the bout with a 8-7 record after their 47-34 league loss to Sanford (Hockessin, DE).
