Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Cherry Creek Bruins (Greenwood Village, CO) and the host Cheyenne Desert Shields (North Las Vegas, NV), saw Cherry Creek's basketball squad knock off Cheyenne by a tally of 47-32.

With the victory, Cherry Creek improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Bruins travel to Coronado (Henderson, NV) to encounter the Cougars in a non-league test on Saturday, December 6. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 1-1. Coronado won 66-33 in their recent non-league test against Silverado (Las Vegas, NV)

The Desert Shields now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Legacy for a non-league test on Monday, December 8. Cheyenne will encounter a Longhorns squad coming off a 67-65 non-league loss to Villa Park (Villa Park, CA). The Longhorns record now stands at 2-1.
