Mississippi High School Football - Southeast Lauderdale can't get by West Lauderdale
September 27, 2013: Collinsville, MS 39325 West Lauderdale Knights (Collinsville, MS) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Southeast Lauderdale Tigers (Meridian, MS), 32-27 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, West Lauderdale improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Knights host Leake Central (Carthage, MS) to confront the Gators in a 4A Region 4 test on Friday, October 4. The Gators come into the test with a record of 5-0. Leake Central won 26-0 in their recent non-league test against Union (Union, MS)
With the loss, Southeast Lauderdale drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Choctaw Central (Philadelphia, MS) to confront the Warriors in a 3A Region 5 test on Friday, October 4. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 1-5. Choctaw Central lost 38-22 in their recent non-league test against Enterprise (Enterprise, MS)
