In Friday's non-league test, the host Alief Elsik Rams basketball squad scored a close 48-46 win over the Fort Bend Dulles Vikings.

The Rams (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Aldine (Houston, TX). The Mustangs go into the 5A Region III District 18 test with a 1-10 record. In their last test, Aldine was tipped by Spring (Spring, TX), 69-32, in a non-league test.
