North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting East Columbus Gators (Lake Waccamaw, NC), 70-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Brunswick upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Scorpions travel to Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 1. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Gators play the South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 1. East Columbus will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
