October 6, 2011: Oxford, PA 19363 In Thursday's league match, the visiting Unionville Indians football squad scored a good 27-7 victory over the Oxford Hornets.
In their next game, the Indians clash with the Sun Valley Vanguards (Aston, PA) in a Ches-Mont - American match, on Friday, October 14. Unionville will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Vanguards enter the match with a 0-6 record after their 52-33 league loss to Kennett (Kennett Square, PA).
The Hornets (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Octorara Area (Atglen, PA). The Braves enter the Ches-Mont - American match with a 4-2 record. In their last match, Octorara Area dropped by Haverford Township (Havertown, PA), 32-7, in a non-league bout.
