January 8, 2015: San Diego, CA 92113 The Sweetwater Red Devils soccer team (National City, CA), was overwhelmed 7-2 in Thursday's non-league outing with the host Lincoln Hornets (San Diego, CA)
With the win, Lincoln advances its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Hoover (San Diego, CA) to play the Cardinals in a Central outing on Tuesday, January 13. The Cardinals go into the outing with a record of 2-5. Hoover lost 5-1 in their recent non-league outing against Orange Glen (Escondido, CA)
In their next game, the Red Devils play the Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, January 12. Sweetwater will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Foothillers go into the outing with a 3-5 record after their 1-1 non-league Point Loma (San Diego, CA).
