The Maine South Hawks basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Evanston Wildkits to 27 in the Hawks league triumph on Saturday.

The Hawks now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maine East for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 4. Maine South will meet a Blue Demons team coming off a 50-34 league loss to Highland Park (Highland Park, IL). The Blue Demons record now stands at 0-3.
