The Burleson Elks (Burleson, TX) volleyball nudged the visiting Big Spring Steers (Big Spring, TX), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Burleson betters its record to 7-3 on the year. The Elks travel to MacArthur (Irving, TX) to face the Cardinals in a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 23.
