In Thursday's non-league match, the host Miller Mavericks basketball team scored a decisive 65-41 triumph over the Roanoke Catholic Celtics.

In their next game, the Mavericks confront the Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 26. Miller will attempt to better on its 16-10 season record. The Barons enter the match with a 23-1 record after their 60-44 non-league win over Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA).
