California High School Soccer - Jesuit knocks off Pleasant Grove

Jesuit Marauders (Carmichael, CA) fans were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Pleasant Grove Eagles (Elk Grove, CA), 8-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Marauders battle the Rio Americano Raiders (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 24. Jesuit will attempt to move on its 22-0 season record. The Raiders go into the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 7-0 league win over Del Campo (Fair Oaks, CA).

With the loss, Pleasant Grove drops to 0-15 on the season. The Eagles host Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA) to meet the Mustangs in a Delta River outing on Tuesday, October 28. The Mustangs come into the outing with a record of 5-11. Monterey Trail lost 2-0 in their recent league outing against Florin (Sacramento, CA)
