Kansas High School Basketball - St. Mary's Academy ripped by Derby HomeSchool
January 24, 2009: Derby, KS The Derby HomeSchool basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting St. Mary's Academy Crusaders to 31 in the league triumph on Saturday.
The now sport a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 27. Derby HomeSchool will meet a Cougars team coming off a 72-39 non-league loss to Goessel (Goessel, KS). The Cougars record now stands at 2-8.
The Crusaders (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Flint Hills Job Corps (Manhattan, KS). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 6-3 record.
