The Saginaw Rough Riders topped the visiting Grand Prairie Gophers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Rough Riders now have a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brewer for a non-league test on Saturday, August 20. Saginaw will confront a Bears team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Bonham (Bonham, TX). The Bears record now stands at 5-1.

The Gophers (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Alvarado (Alvarado, TX). The Indians enter the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Alvarado was knocked off by Corsicana (Corsicana, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
